Office Hours
All sessions are by appointment only and are 50 minutes in duration. My office hours are as follows:
Tuesdays: 10:00am to 9:30pm
Thursdays: 8:00am to 9:30pm
Fridays: 10:00am to 9:00pm
Fees and insurance
I am an in-network provider for several different insurance companies. Most insurance carriers offer coverage for mental health or behavioral health services. If I am not a provider with your plan, consult with your insurance carrier to determine what benefits you have for outpatient mental health services with an out-of-network provider. Some additional questions you might want to ask include:
- What is your copay for a therapy session?
- Is there a limit to the number of therapy sessions you can attend in a given year?
- Do you have a separate mental health deductible?
- Are you required to obtain pre-authorization for outpatient therapy?
Some people do not have insurance, while others have insurance and prefer not to access it. For those paying privately, I charge $175 for the initial session and $150 for all sessions thereafter.
